01Who we are
JustHyre is an AI-led problem-solving team for businesses. You bring the problem — something slow, expensive, broken or missing — and we build the system that fixes it, using AI agents, automation and software.
We come from ExpressTech, a product company. Our team built Quiz & Survey Master (100,000+ active installs), mcp-wp (an open-source MCP server that lets AI agents work with WordPress), and InstaWP. We have shipped 235+ projects for clients in 20 countries. When you work with JustHyre, you work with engineers who ship and maintain real products — not a prompt shop.
02What we solve
We don't start with a technology menu. We start with what has to change in the business — more conversions, less manual work, a lighter support load, an AI prototype that needs to become a real product — and work backwards to the smallest system that gets you there.
That system might be an AI agent, a workflow automation, a data pipeline, an internal tool, a web app, an integration between the tools you already use, or a WordPress and WooCommerce build. Usually it is a combination, with human judgment kept wherever it matters.
03How we use AI
AI isn't a feature we sell — it's how we operate. Agents help us map workflows, research context, write scaffolding and tests, and handle repetitive implementation wherever they are reliable. That is how we compress delivery from months to days.
Humans stay accountable. Senior engineers own architecture, UX, security, tradeoffs and every decision that can hurt your business. When it helps, the agents we build stay behind after launch to keep researching, monitoring or operating.
04How we work
Understand, design, build, measure, improve. We define the problem, the baseline and a measurable outcome first, then validate what we ship against that outcome — not just whether the code runs.
We are a small, senior team. The engineer who scopes your problem is the one who builds the solution. No project managers in between, no hand-offs to junior contractors. Direct communication and direct accountability, from the first message to the final commit.
